Teton Transportation Company Driver Solo Pay

Experience Starting Pay

• Less than 1 yr.
  • $.30 cpm with 90 day probation period
  • + $.02 cpm quarterly mileage bonus
• 1 - 2 years
  • $.33 cpm
  • + $.02 cpm quarterly mileage bonus
• 2 - 3 years
  • $.34 cpm
  • + $.02 cpm quarterly mileage bonus
• 3 - 5 years
  • $.35 cpm
  • + $.02 cpm quarterly mileage bonus
• 5 + years
  • $.36 cpm
  • + $.02 cpm quarterly mileage bonus

*$.02 cpm mileage bonus paid quarterly, provided driver averages at least 2,500 miles per week, has no DOT HOS violations, no more than 2 driver service failures and no preventable accidents during the quarter. Bonuses are paid to drivers that are employed 7 days after end of each bonus period.

Teton Transportation Company Driver Teams Pay

Paid at the base level of the most experienced driver plus $.02 for team plus all bonuses. Total is split equally between drivers unless otherwise specified. Bonuses are only paid to drivers that are employed 7 days after end of each bonus period, provided they have no preventable accidents during the bonus period.

Teton Transportation Dispatch, Miles, and Pay

• Paid every Friday

Teton Transportation Bonuses

• Quarterly mileage bonus $.02 per mile, for all miles, must average 2500 miles a week

Teton Transportation Company Driver Requirements

• Must be 22 years old
• Must have valid CDL A license with 6 months OTR experience with no more than 1 carrier and driving school or 1 year OTR with no more than 3 carriers without driving school.
• No more than five moving violations or accidents
• No DUI or DWI violations within the last 5 years
• No felony convictions within the last 7 years
