This year's theme is
"The Narcissism as a challenge to the psychoanalytic clinic."
The subject "to win an object of Love, takes up the first yourself, to your own body, before moving the object in the election of a choice irrelevant."

In the article "Introduction to Narcissism", Freud produces a theoretical and practical expansion in the field of psychopathology. This challenge is present in contemporary clinical, in which the psychoanalysts need, in the words of Louis Hornstein, "will deal with people who do not have a clear definition of the boundaries between ego and object." The result is an instability in the sense of self esteem and vulnerability to a narcissistic wound. Comes the risk of a merger with the desired or feared others, which can generate the psychic void with levels of fantasy and thought.
The 5th Meeting will address the many meanings of narcissism, their condition and opportunities for clinical management
