A MOTHER
Women are living martyrs! A woman bears the life of unborn baby in her womb for nine months. At delivery period she is in the verge of death. After postnatal it takes weeks or months for her to recover, and within this period she is too fragile psychologically, and physically. When the baby is born, he feeds on her breasts (medically the best for a child) as she carries him within her lovely arms. A mother will sleep after her infant sleeps. Even though her arms are benumbed, she rocks him to sleep with a lullaby. Even when a mother sleeps deeply, she awakes when the child cries, and then she does not have peace. When a child is sick, her heart is in grief and tears flow from her wearied eyes. When the baby sleeps, she cleans the house and arranges everything.
A WIFE
A wife cooks the best food for the whole family, and especially for her husband. When the husband arrives from his work, the wife will meet him with a smile. She looks for anything to make her husband happy. But sometimes some husband unfortunately meets her with frowning face, screaming, insulting and leading to physical abuse. Despite wine is forbidden in Judaism, Christianity (Amos 5:11, Hab. 2:5, Jud.13:4, Num. 6:3, Luke 1:15, Prov. 20:1) and in Islam (Qur'aan 2:219) some husbands reaches his home drunk; the poor wife nervously bursts into tears only to express sentiments to him. She obeys like a robot fearing the consequences if she will react against a drunkard or an irresponsible husband. When a husband dies, or deserts the family, the wife thinks that the future of her kids has been ruined and her own world has come to an end. There are wives, who, after the disappearance of their husbands undergo physical and mental therapy. After it, she feels like starting to climb the highest mountain in her life, while she does not know when or where to rest. Other wives make a vow not to marry again.
A SISTER
A girl shares all the burdens of her mother. She washes the dishes and cleans the table after the whole family has eaten. When her mother cries, the poor girl cries, too. Some sisters are forced to work outside
their home to augment the income of their father. Most women sacrifice themselves in order to realize the dreams of their brothers. Not enough being maidservants in their homes, there are daughters who are physically and morally abused by their own father or brother. When a mother is sick, a sister will do all the functions on behalf of her mother in the household routine. A sister nurses her mother, father, and siblings if they are sick. If she wishes to marry, her brothers or even parents disagree, afraid that they will lose the servant, thus she becomes an old maid.

WIFE (WOMAN) TO BE CREMATED
What is sad in Hinduism (in
India
): if a husband dies, the wife is forced to be cremated along with her husband's corpse. If there is no way to cremate her (due to British government's interdiction in 1829) she is blamed to be the cause of his death. Her head should be shaved; she is deprived to use her personal ornaments; she must sleep on the floor, be a maidservant to her brothers' and sons' wives, and is not allowed to get married again. "

WHAT KIND OF FREEDOM?
Womentoday try to break this servitude and strive to be free from all aggravations. They reject such as cooking, washing, pregnancy, breast feeding of their infants, etc. They want to decide for themselves, earn money, leave their homes and come back as they like, with free intermingling of sexes. In brief, they want to show to the whole world that they can do what men are doing! The results, they become the carriers of venereal diseases or end up with miserable life. The result of this "Women's Liberation Movement" brings the backbone of society (family) into calamity and disaster. Children are victims of negligence; these new generations become the headaches of the so-called modern society: drug addiction, proliferation of venereal diseases, juvenile delinquency, etc. are rampant. The role of a mother at home can never be substituted i.e. affection, discipline, and being a model for her children. In the absence of the father who is always busy with his daily routine, the role of a mother is extremely vital at home. Maidservants and robots can never feel and act like mothers or sisters do. There are women who avoid marriage and hate pregnancy; that is a sin in Islam. There are women who regard pregnancy to be a sign of weakness, and subjugation of their rights. To obey their husbands means "losing their dignity and delights," that is also against Islam.
RIGHTS OF WOMEN IN ISLAM
Islam does not regard women as slaves and sex objects. Women are the best partners of men. The success of a husband lies in the sincerity of his wife. For women, God gives equal importance with men: "For Muslim men and women, for believing men and women, for devout men and women, …for men and women who are patient and constant, for men and women who humble themselves, for men and women who give in charity, for men and women who fast(and deny themselves), for men and women who guard their chastity, and for men and women who engage much in God's praise, for them has God prepared. Qur'aan (Al-Ahzab) 33:35.
WOMEN ARE TO BE PROTECTED
"Men are the protectors and maintainers of women because God has given the one more (strength) than the other and because they support them from their means
."…Qur'aan (An-Nisaa) 4:34.
It is not the duty of women to earn for a living to feed, clothe, and give shelter for her family. If there is extreme necessity when the breadwinner (husband) is disabled, then Islam permits her to work. Islam does not prohibit a wife to earn for herself, provided the place where she is working will maintain her honor and dignity of being a Muslim.
TO SLANDER WOMEN
"Lo! As for those who traduce (slander) virtuous, believing women (who are) careless, cursed are they in the world and the Hereafter. Theirs will be an awful doom." Qur'aan (An-Nur) 24:23.
Nowadays, people do not only slandering women butexploiting their beauties for commercial purposes. There are parents and relatives who feel elated when the beauties of their loveones were exposed to public: this is because their values and morals are based on devil’s ideology.
IF WOMEN LOSE THEIR TRUST
Muslim men have no rightto hold women if they lost their trust and love for their husbands: "O ye who believe! Ye are forbidden to inherit women against their will. Nor should ye treat them with harshness
…
"Qur'aan (An-Nisaa)
4:19
).
To harm and insult women is forbidden in Islam. A
husband does not have the right to be followed if he acts and behaves contrary to Islam. Muslims (who follow Islam) have unique and complete standards to be followed in any domestic affairs. A husband cannot create rules in the family if it is against Islam. An irresponsible husband or father can be punished in this world (if there is real Islamic government) or in the Hereafter.
If we cannot preserve the women
’
s world to be the sanctuary of respect, dignity and honor, inevitably someday we will face generations whose standards and norms are terribly devilish. May Allaah help the Muslims to raise up the values and sanctity of women against human lust and desires.
