Installation of water meters
Water meters can be installed to strata title complexes according to the water meter policy available from the council.
Meters have to be positioned as to be able to be read 24/7, i.e. in front of unit and not behind yards at back of dwellings.
The meters are to be maintained by the body corporate and the installation cost is bourne by the body corporate.
