1. Articles you submit must be yours and 100% unique to this site. To be approved, your article can not be posted on the Internet anywhere else. After your article has been approved, you are welcome to spread it around!

3. No press releases, sales letters, or straight promotional copy are allowed. Articles with excessive self-promotion or hype will not be approved.
