Book Keeper/Accountant User Profile:
TaxExcise Application support two different types of users

Business Owners
2.
CPA’s /Tax Preparers / Tax Practitioners
Business Owners: Business owners / owner operators who own a
trucking business files Form 2290 for their fleets with IRS. We have a standard
pricing model for these BO users and have slabs based on the fleet size. Say
$29.99 for single vehicle, $ 39.99 for a fleet size of 2 to 24 etc.
CPA’s: Certified Public Accountants, who were registered
with IRS as Tax Preparers and hold a valid PTIN [Preparer Tax Identification
Number] issues by IRS. They were also referred as Paid Preparers filing taxes
for their clients/customers. CPA’s will have a specialized login page and a Tax
Preparer Profile page to capture details about these CPA’s. These CPA’s will
have a special discounted price based and the fleet size as well as the client
size.
Say $24.99 for single vehicle, $29.99 for a fleet size of
2-24.
Per client praise starts from $17 to $19 based on the client
count they add. This is a kind of Pay first and use model. These users will
also have E-file Preparation Fee attached to the client count.
Book-keeper / Accountant:
Currently we have introduction a new user profile called the
Book-Keeper / Accountant, who were not a registered tax preparer/CPA with IRS
and do not hold a valid PTIN to do returns with IRS but will be filing for bulk
users.
To streamline this type of users and also to get more
business opportunity from these user profiles we planned to introduce
Book-keeper model.
Features of Book Keeper:

Book keeper will have the same login access
likewise of a Business Owner / Owner Operator.

The pricing part will have some special discount
like that of a CPA user based on client size and fleet size, same as that of a
CPA pricing.

We will have the complete control of activating
this user model. Once a request comes from them, through our admin tool we have
the privilege of activating Book-keeper model to that particular user.

Once it is activated, the user will get a Book
keeper profile where they need to input the contact details. They cannot alter
or change any values once it saved and closed. To update again they need to
raise a request to do so.

They will have the CPA pricing structure once
access the application to file returns.
·
They either go with Client size and pre pay the
fee to use or special discounted pricing from the fleet size they add to a
return.
·
Book-keeper will have a Text Alert feature for
Single return option.
