ProCountor
offers all the tools needed for efficient billing, ledger management
and bookkeeping. Sending invoices is done directly through postal
services, online billing or email.
Because of the event based charging, you pay for the financial

software according to how much you actually use it.
ProCountor
also makes the handling of online purchase payment easy. Purchase
invoices can be stored manually or received automatically through
online billing services or scanning services.
The
digital archive and efficient purchase ledger make the handling of
all purchases a breeze. The software also includes support for
checking, approving and paying invoices.
Included
in the software is also all the necessary Finnish bank connections.
A
separate payment software is not necessary, all that is required is a
statement to your bank informing the connection of a specific bank
account to ProCountor. Payment actions support both domestic and
foreign payment traffic and both a digital statement and bookkeeping
is provided based on received bank statements. SEPA is also taken
care of in ProCountor.

software includes comprehensive bookkeeping

reports and a wide range of financial reporting tools for management.
Among these are customer and product specific reports, monetary
traffic and payment reports, and project and cost centre tracking
